Da quando cominciato prendere dopo corsa di 500-1000 kcal, e un po di di fitness, sento recuperato già prossimo giorno.

Vantaggi: Sembra funziona. Digestione buona.

Difetti: X completare apporto di proteine giornaliero, devi prendere ancora qualcosa. In una porzione ci sono solo 11g
