Mi aspettavo di più memore delle promeal energy, quelle ricoperte, che mi erano piaciute. Queste ingozzano un po' e nella stagione fredda sono talmente dure che fatichi a masticarle. Col caldo sono più morbide e si gradiscono di più.

Vantaggi: Non si squagliano, ma sono meglio per la stagione estiva.

Difetti: Nella stagione fredda sono durissime e quasi ti ingozzi a mangiarle, bisogna masticare tanto.
