È una buona fonte di carboidrati in via 50 g in borraccia con la escono 200 cal, ma la dose di sali minerali per porzione e troppo bassa , Io aggiungo una compressa di Mg.k-c ogni due ore

Il prodotto fornisce una discreta quantità di calorie, se se ne usa però almeno 40 g in una borraccia, però i dosaggi importanti di magnesio e potassio sono troppo bassi…

Vantaggi: Sapore buono

Difetti: Troppo pochi sali minerali
