Perchè nella pagina di vendita delle proteine c'è scritto SENZA EMULSIONANTI e poi nella scheda tecnica è riportata la lecitina di soia come emulsionante?

Come puoi vedere chiaramente, la lecitina di soia è ingredienti compare inserita all’interno della materia prima, come in qualsiasi proteina per rendere il prodotto più solubile. Io non aggiungo nessun emulsionante o altri additivi come ingrediente. aggiuntivo. se avessi aggiunto io la lecitina di soia nel mio prodotto sarebbe dovuta comparire obbligatoriamente tra gli ingredienti, invece come vedi non c’è.
