Interrompi almeno un tempo pari alla durata del ciclo, poi puoi fare tranquillamente tre o quattro cicli all’anno, non è che l’effetto di un ciclo dura in eterno, una volta che interrompi l’assunzione, dopo un po’ finiscono i benefici, come qualsiasi altra sostanza
