Una curiosità La persona che mi ha segnalato questo sito prende 4 capsule di vitamina c 1000. Dice che da quando prende questo prodotto e questa dose non ha più fatto un'influenza, ma non è un po troppo ?

Ci sono “teorici” di questa soluzione, tieni però presente che la vitamina C è idrosolubile, l’eccesso momentaneo lo espelli con le urine, per assumere 4 g di vitamina C al giorno probabilmente bisognerebbe prenderne 200 mg l’ora forse. Secondo me d’inverno 2 g al giorno opportunamente suddivisi durante la giornata sono più che sufficienti
