ricorda che questa è più una "profilassi" che una cura risolutiva momentanea, io consiglio dei cicli di almeno 60gg da ripetersi secondo necessità anche 2-3 volte l'anno.
come collagene puoi abbinare "collagen liquid" di scitec oppure "collagen caps" di full force, li trovi facilmente con il search.
un altro ottimo prodotto sinergico sono gli omega 3
