Le varie sostanze si prendono tutti i giorni, non solo quando ci si allena, i risultati li ottieni assumendole in cronico e non in acuto, come dosaggio vai a due porzioni al giorno di mantenimento una al mattino e una al pomeriggio, il momento è assolutamente ininfluente e per la prima settimana se non stai già usando creatina fai quattro assunzioni al giorno.
