Direi di sì, la possiamo considerare l’unica sostanza che puoi assumere esclusivamente quando ti alleni e non tutti i giorni, io suggerisco subito dopo l’allenamento per migliorare il recupero muscolare. Ovviamente prima di tutto viene il corretto apporto proteico, se anche in questo caso il recupero muscolare non è completo, allora si aggiungono anche ulteriori aminoacidi ramificati.
