come sali c'è ben poco, a meno che non te ne fai almeno 4/5 porzioni. Diciamo che una dose ti fornisce un po' di carboidrati (circa 120kcal) e mezza dose quotidiana di beta alanina e carnitina. I dosaggi di citrullina, glutammina e taurina sono assolutamente insignificanti.
