Buongiorno Davide , per chi come me fa fatica a mandare giù le compresse di amminoacidi ramificati , la glutamina può essere considerata una valida sostituta , in ambito recupero ciclismo ?

Non la considererei un’alternativa ma semmai una sinergia, con momenti di assunzione diversi, in ogni caso ci sono gli aminoacidi ramificati in polvere e risolvi il problema:

Un dosaggio decente può essere 10gr al giorno, 5gr postallenamento e 5gr prenata
