Un gainer è fondamentalmente proteine più carboidrati, quindi quando lo usi lo utilizzi per ottenere il tuo fabbisogno proteico, normalmente un pasto sono circa 30 g di proteine e quindi, di questo prodotto miscelato in acqua ne devi assumere circa 100 g oppure meno se lo usi con latte. Come momento di assunzione, lo puoi usare tutte le volte che non hai tempo o soprattutto voglia di fare uno o più dei tuoi cinque pasti quotidiani.
