ciao , innanzitutto grazie per le molteplici descrizioni precise e preziose riguardo l ' integrazione per le varie esigenze sportive,
nonostante ciò vorrei chiederti un suggerimento su come potrei rendere più performante la mia attività sportiva
amatoriale ma costante
vado in bici e faccio pesi , sono molto magro ( 170cm X 58 kg ) e pensavo al kit massa ( quello da 139,30 ) , serve anche la maltodestrina da portare durante le uscite in bici ? oltre alle barrette proteiche e ai sali minerali ?

il KIT MASSA hai pensato per chi va in palestra, fa un programma di body-building, appunto mirato ad aumentare le masse muscolari, non aumenta la massa certo semplicemente assumendolo, quindi se vuoi aumentare di massa devi iniziare a prevedere un programma di allenamento con i pesi.
